Public issue of 33,33,333 equity shares of Rs.10 each at a price of Rs.105/- per equity share for cash aggregating Rs.35.00 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the issue), including Employee reservation of 1,66,667 equity shares aggregating to Rs.1.75 Crores (hereinafter referred to as the Employee reservation portion).
