Public issue of 50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 270 per equity share, aggregating Rs. 135 crores , (hereinafter referred to as the issue). Comprising 4,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each reserved for the eligible employees of the company and a net offer to public of 45,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each. The issue constitutes 27.66% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. The net offer to the public constitutes 25.17% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. Issue price Rs. 270 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The Issue price is 27 times of the face value.
