Public issue of 1,58,85,000 equity shares of Rs.2 each (Equity Shares) for cash at a price of Rs.265/- per equity Share aggregating Rs.420.95 Crores by Tanla Solutions Limited (TSL or The Company or The Issuer). The Issue comprises Promoters contribution of 1588500 equity shares aggregating Rs.42.09 Crores (Promoters contribution) and The net offer to the public of 14296500 equity shares aggregating Rs.378.86 Crores(Net Issue). The issue will constitute 28.59% of the fully diluted capital of the company after the issue. Issue Price is Rs.265 per equity share of Rs. 2 each. The Issue price is 132.5 times of the face value
