Initial public offering of 35,01,442 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each (equity shares) of Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited for cash at a price of Rs. 66 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 56 per equity share) (Issue Price), aggregating up to Rs. 23.00 crores (Issue). The issue shall constitute up to 25.55% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Issue Price: Rs.66 per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each. The Issue price is 6.6 times of the face value. Retail Discount: Rs.3 per equity share on Issue Price.
