(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 04/09/2023) Outcome of the 37th Annual General Meeting(AGM) held on Thursday, 28th September, 2023 containing the proceedings of the AGM and Chairperson Speech (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 28/09/2023) Accel Limited has informed the Exchange about the Voting Results of 37th Annual General Meeting along with the Scrutinizers Report (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 30/09/2023) The Revised proceedings of the 37th Annual General meeting of the Company is filed with the Stock Exchange mentioning the conclusion time of the AGM (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 08.04.2024)
