We hereby inform you that the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company was held on Tuesday, 19th September, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means(OAVM). In compliance with Regulation 44 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the details regarding voting results (remote e-voting and e-voting during the Annual General Meeting) of the business transacted at the said Annual General Meeting is submitted herewith.
