With reference to the captioned subject, we enclose herewith a copy of the advance notice published in Economic Times & Indian Express (English Edition) and Financial Express (Gujarati Edition) on 5th June, 2023, in compliance with the procedure prescribed vide various circulars issued from time to time by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India, inter alia informing the members that the 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, the 4th August, 2023 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith a copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023. We request you to kindly take the same on record. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith Notice of 13th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company scheduled to be held on Friday, the 4th August, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
