The Company acquired 18,59,630 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of Ansu Trade & Fiscals Private Limited from the shareholders of ATFPL. With this purchase of shares, Ansu Trade & Fiscals Private Limited has become the wholly owned subsidiary of Arco Leasing Limited w.e.f.
