The Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on July 27, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, July 20, 2023 to Thursday July 27, 2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend. Dividend if approved at the ensuing Annual General Meeting shall be paid on or after July 31, 2023. We are also enclosing notice of Book Closure in the format (Annexure A) as prescribed by the Stock Exchange. Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith Notice of the ensuing 32nd AGM and Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 for your information and records. In compliance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI, the Notice of the 32nd AGM and the Annual Report for FY 2022-23 are being circulated to the Members only through electronic mode.
