AGM 28/09/2023 Outcome of the 213th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on August 29, 2023 (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/08/2023) Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Notice of 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of FCS Software Solutions Limited, scheduled to be held on Thursday, 28th September, 2023 at 11:30 AM through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 02.09.2023) Pursuant to regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations,2015.We hereby submit the details regarding the voting results along with the Scrutinizers Report for the business transacted at the 30th Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the company which was held on Thursday,28th September,2023. at 11:30 A.M through video Conferencing(VC)/Other Audio Visual means(OAVM).The details of the voting results and the scrutinizers report are attached herewith as prescribed under the SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements)Regulations,2015.
