Outcome of the Board Meeting held on Friday, August 25, 2023 62d AGM of the Company shall be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 12:30 P.M (1ST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. Also pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, September 21, 2023 to Wednesday, September 27, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 62nd AGM of the Company Outcome of the 62nd Annual General Meeting of the Company (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 27.09.2023)
