Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33(3)(d), 52(2)(d) of the SEBI LODR , we are submitting herewith the following: a) Annual Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results along with Segment-wise Revenue, Results, Assets, Liabilities and Capital Employed of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement for the year ended March 31, 2023. b) The Audit Report with unmodified opinion(s) c) Declaration duly certified by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company to the effect that Auditors have submitted their Report with unmodified opinion. Further, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per equity share of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2023 and the Company will arrange to pay the same within 10 days of its approval by the shareholders of the Company at its ensuing Annual General Meeting. The Notice of the aforesaid meeting is attached herewith.
