AGM 29/09/2023 This is to inform you that 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Shareholders of GSS Infotech Limited will be held on Friday, 29th September, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) without the physical presence of the members at a common venue in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (the Act), SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, In this regard, we enclose a copy of the Notice of the 20th AGM along with Annual Report for the financial year 2022-23, being dispatched to the members of the Company. In terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 including rules made thereunder, the Register of Members / Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2023 to September 30, 2023 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of AGM. Kindly take the same on record. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 05/09/2023) Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODFR) Regulations, 2015, the 20th AGM of GSS Infotech Limited was held on Friday, 29.09.23 at 11:00 AM IST through VC/OAVM.
