The Register of Members Share Transfer Books will remain close from Friday, September 15, 2023 to Friday, September 22, 2023 (both days inclusive). Pursuant to Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR), this is to inform you that the members in their meeting held on September 22, 2023 approved the following: 1. Re-appointment of Ms. Sujata Chattopadhyay as an Independent director for a second term of five years 2. Appointment of Ms. Shivani Kawle who is the Company secretary of the Company additionally as a Manger of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 22.09.2023)
