AGM 21/09/2023 We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, inter alia, has approved the following: The 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, is scheduled to be held on September 21, 2023, through VC/ OAVM The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, September 15, 2023 to Thursday, September 21, 2023 (both days inclusive) (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 07.08.2023) We submit herewith a copy of the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2023 for your records. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29/08/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company was duly held on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 12.15 PM (IST) through video conferencing / other audio visual means in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India from time to time permitting the conducting of the meeting through video conferencing and as per the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the relevant rules made thereunder and the proceedings of the meeting is attached. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 21.09.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit the voting results of the businesses transacted at the 33rd Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 12.15 PM (IST) along with combined report of the Scrutinizer on remote e-voting and e-voting at the said meeting.
