Submission of Annual Report for FY 2022-23 as per Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015. This is to inform you that the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 30th June, 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), at 2:00 PM. A copy of the Notice of the 28th Annual General Meeting is enclosed. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 24th June, 2023 to Friday, 30th June, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting for the year 2022-2023 Proceedings of the 28th Annual General Meeting of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 30.06.2023)
