The notice calling the 58th Annual General Meeting of the Company, which will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023, was approved by the Board today. The Board also approved the closing of Register of Members of the Company from Saturday, November 4, 2023 to Friday, November 10, 2023 (both days inclusive). (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 11.08.2023) We hereby inform you that: The 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Kennametal India Limited (the Company) will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Hotel Taj Yeshwantpur, 2275, Tumkur Road, Yeshwantpur Industrial Area, Phase 1, Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560022. The Notice calling the 58th AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year ended June 30, 2023 are enclosed to the letter. (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 16/10/2023) Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, please find enclosed the proceedings of the 58th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on November 10, 2023. Please find enclosed the details of the voting results and Scrutinizers Report with respect to the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on November 10, 2023.
