(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 05.09.2023) we wish to inform that the 8th AGM of the Company was held today at 4:00 PM through video conferencing and the same was concluded at 4:20 PM. Detailed summary of the proceedings of the AGM pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR, 2015 is attached. Please note that e voting results as well as poll will be intimated to you separately upon receipt of report from scrutinizer within 2 working days from the conclusion of AGM .
