Outcome of Board Meeting The Company has approved the convening of the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, through video Conferencing/ other audio-visual means. The book closure dates would be from Wednesday, July 19, 2023 to Tuesday, July 25, 2023 and the dividend on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2023, as recommended by the Board of Directors and if approved at the AGM, will be paid / dispatched by the Company, through permitted mode, after Tuesday, July 25, 2023. Notice of 43rd Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 July 2023 (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 01.07.2023)
