(As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 12/06/2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we attach herewith the Notice of 59th Annual General Meeting of Mawana Sugars Limited, which is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 14th July, 2023 at 11.00 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without the physical presence of Members at a common venue. You are requested to take the above information on your records.
