AGM 15/09/2023 We wish to inform that the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on August 14, 2023, have resolved to convene 17th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2023 on Friday September 15, 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall remain close from September 09, 2023 to September 15, 2023 (both days inclusive) (As per BSE Announcement Dated on 14/08/2023) Please find enclosed the Notice convening the 17th Annual General Meeting (17th AGM) and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23, which are being circulated to the members of the Company. The Notice of 17th AGM along with the Annual Report 2022-23, is made available on the Companys website at www.nfcl.in. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 22.08.2023) We wish to inform that the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held today i.e., September 15, 2023, at 10.05 A.M (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find the summary proceedings of the 17th Annual General Meeting of the Company. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 15.09.2023) Disclosure of Voting Results and Scrutinizers Report of 17th Annual General Meeting.
