The 53rd (Fifty Third) Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) and 53(2) of SEBI Listing Regulations, please find attached herewith the Annual Report of the Company containing Notice of the AGM for FY 2022 - 23 which is also sent to Members, who have registered their e-mail address with the Company/Depositories/Registrar & Transfer Agents, through electronic mode. Physical copies of the same will be sent to those Members who request for the same. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities of Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed for Friday, July 14, 2023 to Thursday, July 20, 2023 (both days inclusive) for reckoning the entitlement of dividend to Members of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2023.
