POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Notice convening Second Annual Meeting and Annual Report for financial year 2022-23. We wish to inform that the Second Annual Meeting (Annual Meeting) of Unitholders of POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust was held on Monday, July 24, 2023, at 2:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing. In this regard, enclosed please find a summary of the proceedings of the Annual Meeting. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 25.07.2023) In continuation to letter No. CC/PUTL_COS/Stock Exchanges/98 dated July 25, 2023 regarding summary of proceedings of the Second Annual Meeting (Annual Meeting) of Unitholders of POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) held on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 2:30 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing, we wish to inform that the resolutions for the items as set out in the Notice of Annual Meeting have been duly approved by the Unitholders of PGInvIT with requisite majority. In this regard, enclosed please find the detail of voting results and Scrutinizers report dated July 26, 2023 at Annexure I & Annexure-II, respectively. The voting results alongwith the Scrutinizers report will also be made available on the website of PGInvIT (www.pginvit.in). (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 26.07.2023)
