(As per BSE Announcement Dated on 03/07/2023) Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 we are pleased to provide hereunder the summary of the proceedings of 26th AGM of the Company held on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 11.30 am through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
