This is to inform that 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held through Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means on Thursday, 28th Day of September, 2023. The details with regards to book closure and e-voting is attached herewith. We attach herewith the voting results in the format prescribed under Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, 2015 and copy of the Scrutinizers Report. Appointment of M/s S. R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) untill the conclusion of 40th AGM to be held in calendar year 2028. Reappointment of Dr. (Ms.) Rashmi Aggarwal (DIN: 07181938) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for second term of five consecutive years w.e.f. 2nd November, 2023.
