With reference to the above subject, the Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held today i.e. May 09, 2023, approved the following along with other business matters. Took on record and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results prepared under Ind AS for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2023 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with Audit Reports of the Statutory Auditors. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 03rd August, 2023 to 05th August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company. News Paper Advertisement - Information regarding the 34th Annual General Meeting to be held through video conference (VC)/ other Audio Visual Means (OVAM). (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 07.07.2023) please find enclosed herewith the Notice of the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company and the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2022-23 which is simultaneously circulated to the shareholders through electronic mode. The 34th Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, August 05th, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. IST, through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
