AGM 26/09/2023 We wish to inform you that the 48th AGM of TIL Limited will be held on Tuesday, 26th September, 2023 at 10.00 a.m. through VC/OAVM only, in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations read with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India from time to time. The Annual Report contains the information and disclosures required in terms of Regulation 34(2) and 34(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The Notice of the AGM together with the Annual Report has been sent only by electronic mode today i.e., 4th September, 2023 to those Shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the Company or Registrar and Share Transfer Agent viz., Messrs. C B Management Services (P) Ltd. or the Depository Participants. (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 04.09.2023) Pursuant to SEBI LODR please find enclosed herewith the Scrutinizers Report on E-voting Results of the 48th AGM of TIL LIMITED held on Tuesday, 26th September, 2023 at 10.00 a.m. through video conference.
