Board decided to hold 43rd AGM of the company on Friday, 18th August, 2023 at 11:00 A.M at registered office of the company. The notice of AGM will be submitted in due course. Pursuant to Regulation 34 read with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith notice of 43rd AGM scheduled to be held on Friday, 18.08.2023 at 11:00 A.M at registered office of the company: Vardhman Park, Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana- 141123, containing all the businesses to be transacted at the meeting and Annual Report of the company for FY 2022-23.
