Public Issue of Equity Shares comprising Fresh Issue of 5,000,000 Equity Shares Of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 230 for cash aggregating Rs. 130 crores (referred To as the Issue) comprising 500,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each reserved for the eligible Employees of the Company and a Net Offer to Public of 4,500,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
