The theme of the champagne cocktail was Art, Food and Fashion and who better than the stunning Nisha Jamvwal to transcend her guests through this captivating journey. Noted artist Arzan Khambatta along with Nisha gave the guests a peak into the synergy between food and art, and a visual through his enthralling pieces of art that inspired the food specialists at Nature’s Basket to craft unique sculptures in Marzipan leading to fascinating food art. While the guests were awed by this intriguing blend of food and contemporary art, Nisha shared the fashion trends of 2011 that beautifully complemented the food and contemporary art displayed at the venue. She also spoke about the blending walls between the different mediums of art. It was an evening where international tastes was discussed and appreciated on an Indian platform.
