Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the cut-off date for the 24th AGM of the Members of Wockhardt Limited to be held on Monday, 14th August, 2023 at 3.30 p.m. (IST), through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means(OAVM) shall be Monday, 7th August, 2023. Please find enclosed herewith newspaper notice issued by the Company pertaining to the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company convened to be held on Monday, 14th August, 2023 at 3.30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 24.07.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the proceedings of the 24th AGM of the Company held on Monday, 14th August, 2023. (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 14.08.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 44 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith combined voting results along with Scrutinizer Report for the 24th AGM held on 14th August 2023.
