Public issue of 56,67,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 85 per equiy share (including a share Premium of Rs. 75 per Equity Share) aggregating Rs. 48.17 Crores (Hereinafter referred to as the Issue) by Excel Infoways Ld (The Company or Issuer or EIL).
