Public issue of 51,074,941 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (The Equity Shares) of MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited (The Company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 63 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 53 per equity share) aggregating up to Rs. 324.00 crores (The issue). The issue will constitute 31.42% of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Issue Price: Rs. 63 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each.
