Public Issue of 1,96,00,000 Equity Shares through 100% Book Building Process of face value of Rs.10 each for cash at a price Rs.50, aggregating Rs.98.00 Crores(hereinafter referred to as the Issue). The Issue comprises of promoters Contribution of 80,00,000 Equity Shares aggregating to Rs.40.00 Crores and the net issue to the Public of 1,16,00,000 Equity Shares aggregating Rs.58.00 Crores (herein after referred to as Net Issue). The Issue would constitute 80.63 % of the fully diluted post Issue paid up of Rathi Udyog Ltd. Issue Price Rs.50 Per Equity Share of Face value of Rs. 10 each. The Issue Price is 5 times of the Face Value
