Present issue of 1,12,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs. 40 per equity share aggregating Rs. 56.25 Crores. Net offer to the public of 42,50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs. 40 per equity share, aggregating Rs.21.25 Crores (The Net Issue).
