Public issue of 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (The Equity Shares) for cash at a price of Rs. 55 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 45 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 55.00 crores (The Issue) by VKS Projects Limited (VKSPL or The Company or The Issuer).
