Allcargo Global Ltd Summary
Allcargo Global Limited was initially incorporated as a Public Company as Allcargo ECU Limited dated August 20, 2023 with the Central Registration Centre. Name of the Company was changed to Allcargo Worldwide Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 19, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The name of the Company was subsequently changed to Allcargo Global Limited dated August 4, 2025 with a fresh certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies.
Company was established to tap the immense opportunities in global maritime trade. Formerly an undertaking of Allcargo Logistics Limited, it started off as a cargo handling division in Mumbai in 1993. It was a custom house agent and provided freight forwarding services.
In 1995, it entered into less than container load consolidation (LCL) as an agent of ECU Line, which it went on to acquire in 2006. In FY 2025, through the Composite Scheme of Arrangement approved by NCLT vide its order dated October 10, 2025, Allcargo Logistics demerged its International Supply Chain business into the Company as a going concern basis effective November 1, 2025, creating two distinct entities for global and domestic operations. In terms of consideration to the Scheme, Company has allotted 98,27,82,096 Equity Shares having the face value of Rs 2 each to Allcargo Logistics Limited on November 15, 2025.
Currently, the Company operates on an asset light and digital first model which enables end to end multimodal delivery. It provide International Supply Chain (ISC) solutions which include Non-Vessel Owning Common Carrier operations related to Less Than Container Load (LCL), Neutral Full Container Load (FCL) and Neutral Air cargo consolidation (Air) across the globe. The international business is operated under ECU Belgium N.V.
a 100 percent subsidiary of Allcargo.Apart from this, Company operates this business from a strong network of 300+ offices across 180 countries and ~2,400 direct trade lanes. LCL contributes to majority of the volume and revenue followed by FCL and Air. In addition, company provides additional value-added services in select markets like customs clearance, warehousing, trucking and dangerous goods handling.
