AGM 09/06/2023 This is to inform that the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank will be held on Friday, the 9th June, 2023 at 11.00 a.m. (IST) via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with Circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). (As Per BSE Announcement dated on 28.04.2023) With reference to the captioned subject, please find enclosed the Annual Report of the Bank for the FY 2022-23 pursuant to Regulation 34 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015.
