Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby enclose copies of newspaper advertisement intimating that the 60th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 24, 2023, through video conferencing/ other audio visual means. The notice was published in Economic Times, Mumbai & Ahmedabad Edition (English) and in Naya Padkar, Anand Edition (Gujarati) on July 21, 2023. Please find enclosed the Notice convening the 60th Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled on September 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (IST). The Notice is enclosed on Pg. Nos. 97 to 119 of the Annual Report. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Tuesday, August 29, 2023, as the record date for the purpose of AGM and determining Members eligible for dividend on equity shares, if approved at the AGM.
