Outcome of Board Meeting We wish to inform you that at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 26, 2023, Mr. Keki Mistry (DIN: 00008886), Non-Executive Director is liable to retire by rotation and is eligible for re-appointment. However, Mr. Mistry has expressed his desire not to get re-appointed and accordingly, he will hold office as Non-Executive Director of the Company till the conclusion of the said AGM.
