The said Scheme was approved by The Hble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench- vide its order dated 10th April, 2024 and made functional from April 1, 2021. In terms of the Scheme of Arrangement of Seksaria Industries Private Limited and Seksaria Agritech Private Limited and the Company with Seksaria Finance Limited and their respective shareholders, 4,90,000 Equity shares of Seksaria Agritech Pvt Ltd were allotted to the Company on 15th October,2024.

The same was transferred to Seksaria Finance Limited on 25th October, 2024 in terms of the Scheme of Arrangement .
