AGM 27/06/2023 Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, 13th June, 2023 to Tuesday, 20th June, 2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the 86th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and payment of dividend subject to tax deducted at source, if approved by the Members of the Company at the AGM to be held on Tuesday, 27th June, 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Para A, of SEBI Listing Regulations and in compliance with the General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time, we enclose the copies of the newspaper advertisements published for giving Public Notice to the Shareholders for intimating that the 86th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 27th June, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means and the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, 13th June, 2023 to Tuesday, 20th June, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of Dividend, as may be declared at the AGM.
