The staffing and recruitment business enables clients to access relevant and specialised talent in line with their workforce requirements and supports them in identifying, evaluating and onboarding suitable professionals for technology and other business roles.
The staffing and recruitment industry is evolving towards a more skills-focused and technology- enabled model. The increasing adoption of Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, automation and other emerging technologies is creating demand for specialised professionals with relevant technical and domain capabilities. At the same time, organisations are increasingly seeking flexible workforce solutions and access to specialised talent to support their changing business requirements. These developments provide
opportunities for the Company to strengthen its staffing and recruitment services and cater to the evolving talent requirements of its clients.
The Companys Quality Assurance Engineering services provide support across industries through a range of services covering hardware, software, testing infrastructure and testing products. The Company also provides SAP Solutions encompassing a broad spectrum of consulting, implementation and support services relating to cloud-based and on-premise implementations, thereby assisting clients in supporting, maintaining and managing their technology environments.
During the financial year 2025-26, the Company continued to focus on strengthening its service capabilities, expanding its customer base and responding to changing requirements in the IT services, staffing and recruitment markets. The Company seeks to leverage emerging technologies and evolving digital requirements to provide competitive and value-added solutions to its clients.
The Company remains focused on expanding and diversifying its business activities, strengthening existing client relationships, enhancing its staffing and recruitment capabilities and developing multiple revenue streams. The Companys business and profitability may be affected by competition from existing and prospective service providers operating in the IT consulting, software development and staffing segments.
The Company may also be exposed to risks arising from changes in market conditions, technological developments, pricing pressures, employee costs, availability of skilled candidates, employee attrition, changing compensation expectations, recruitment turnaround requirements, regulatory requirements and changes in Government policies and applicable laws.
The IT services industry is characterised by intense competition, rapid technological developments and changing customer expectations. Increased competition may result in pricing pressure, vendor consolidation and higher costs of acquiring and retaining customers and skilled professionals, which may impact the Companys growth and profitability.
The Company continuously monitors these risks and seeks to mitigate them through diversification of services, strengthening customer relationships, improving operational efficiencies, developing its human resources and maintaining appropriate internal processes and controls.
INTERNAL CONTROL SYSTEM AND PLANNING
The Company maintains adequate internal control systems commensurate with the size, scale and complexity of its operations. These controls are designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting, safeguarding of assets, recording of transactions, prevention and detection of fraud and errors, operational efficiency and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The internal control framework is periodically reviewed by the management to ensure that it remains appropriate and effective in view of the Companys evolving business requirements.
The adequacy of the Companys internal financial controls and related matters has been considered and reported upon by the Statutory Auditors, as applicable, in their report forming part of the Annual Report.
