Public Issue of 50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each issued for cash at a price of Rs.60/- (including premium of Rs.50/-per share) aggregating Rs.30.00 crores (here after referred to as issue). Comprising of Employee Reservation of 2,00,000 shares of face vale of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.60/- per Share (Hereinafter referred to as the Emplpyee Reservation Portion) and the net offer to the public is of 48,00,000 shares of face value of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.60/-per share (Hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue). The issue would constitute 44.67% of the fully Diluted post issue paid up capital of the company.
