Issue of 90,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (Equity shares) of Rishabhdev Technocable Limited (the Company or the issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 33/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 29.70 Crores (issue). The issue comprises of promoters contribution of 21,45,500 equity shares at a price of Rs. 33 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 7.08 Crores (promoters contribution) and net issue to the public of 68,54,500 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 22.62 Crores. The net issue to the public would constitute 46.66% of the fully diluted post-issue equity share capital of the company.
