- In view of the above, post aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will be increased from Rs12,99,51,612/- (6,49,75,806 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs17,15,36,128/- (8,57,68,064 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each), the company said. Read more
