The jewellery and bullion industry continued to witness stable consumer demand supported by investment interest in precious metals, while the pharmaceutical sector remained buoyant owing to increasing healthcare expenditure. The information technology sector continued to benefit from accelerated digital adoption across industries. SEGMENT-WISE OR PRODUCT-WISE PERFORMANCE
The Company continues to explore business opportunities across its approved business segments in accordance with its Memorandum of Association. During the year, the Company focused on strengthening its trading and distribution activities through improved sourcing, efficient procurement, and expansion of customer relationships. The import-export business continued to benefit from established supplier networks and growing international trade opportunities. The jewellery and precious metals business remained focused on providing quality products while maintaining competitive pricing and customer confidence. The chemicals and pharmaceutical business continued to evaluate opportunities in manufacturing and trading while ensuring compliance with applicable statutory and quality standards. The information technology business remained focused on exploring opportunities arising from increased adoption of digital technologies across industries. The Company also continued to evaluate opportunities relating to acquisition and development of real estate assets based on prevailing market conditions and commercial viability.

The Company has an adequate system of internal financial controls commensurate with the size, scale, and complexity of its business operations. These controls are designed to ensure the safeguarding of assets, accuracy and completeness of accounting records, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, efficient utilization of resources, and prevention and detection of frauds and errors. In accordance with the requirements of Schedule V of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has disclosed the key financial ratios along with explanations for any significant changes exceeding twenty-five percent compared to the previous financial year in the Notes forming part of the Financial Statements. The management believes that these ratios appropriately reflect the Companys operational performance, financial position, liquidity, and capital structure during the year.
