Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, please find enclosed copies of newspaper advertisement titled Notice and information regarding 29th Annual General Meeting published on July 14, 2023 in Business Standard (English) and Navshakti (Marathi). (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 14.07.2023) Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 34(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of AGM for the financial year 2022-23.
