The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today, 5th May, 2023, have inter-alia approved the closure of Register of Members of the Company from Tuesday, 22nd August, 2023 to Monday, 28th August, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company. Intimation of Newspaper Advertisement regarding 104th Annual General Meeting of Equity Shareholders of the Company scheduled to be held on 28 August 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (As Per BSE Announcement Dated on 29.07.2023) Further to our letters dated 5th May, 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the summary of the proceedings of the 104th Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, i.e., Monday 28th August, 2023 through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
