| Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/04/2026 inter alia to consider and approve To consider approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone) for the 4th quarter and Financial year ended 31st March 2026 after the results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of CMPDIL Board. Further pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations 2015 to consider and recommend Final Dividend for FY 2025-26 if any. The payment of Final Dividend if any shall be subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing AGM. The Audited financial results have been taken on record by the Board of Directors of Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited (CMPDIL) at its meeting held on 21-04-2026. Further, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on date had recommended payment of Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26 @ Rs 1.06 per share of the face value of Rs 2/- as recommended by the Audit Committee of CMPDIL in its meeting held on date subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
